Beim Aufruf der Website verarbeitet Cloudflare technisch notwendige Daten, insbesondere Ihre IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs, die aufgerufene Seite, Informationen zu Browser und Betriebssystem sowie ggf. die zuvor besuchte Seite. Dies dient der Auslieferung der Website und dem Schutz vor Angriffen und Missbrauch.

Dabei können Daten in die USA übermittelt werden. Cloudflare ist nach dem EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert, für das ein Angemessenheitsbeschluss der EU-Kommission besteht (Art. 45 DSGVO). Ergänzend nutzt Cloudflare die EU-Standardvertragsklauseln. Cloudflare speichert diese Daten nur so lange, wie es für die genannten Zwecke erforderlich ist. Zum Schutz vor Angriffen kann Cloudflare technisch notwendige Sicherheits-Cookies setzen (z. B. „__cf_bm“ oder „cf_clearance“). Sie dienen ausschließlich der Sicherheit und nicht der Werbung oder Analyse. Rechtsgrundlage ist § 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TDDDG in Verbindung mit Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
Wenn Sie mir eine E-Mail schreiben, verarbeite ich Ihre Angaben (z. B. Name, E-Mail-Adresse und Inhalt der Nachricht), um Ihre Anfrage zu beantworten. Ich lösche Ihre Daten, sobald sie nicht mehr erforderlich sind und keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten entgegenstehen.
Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft (Art. 15 DSGVO), Berichtigung (Art. 16 DSGVO), Löschung (Art. 17 DSGVO), Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18 DSGVO) und Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20 DSGVO) sowie das Recht, der Verarbeitung zu widersprechen (Art. 21 DSGVO). This website uses no analytics or tracking tools and no contact forms, and it embeds no third-party content (such as fonts, videos or maps). I do not set any cookies myself.
This website is delivered via Cloudflare. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit the website, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data, in particular your IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested, information about your browser and operating system and, where applicable, the previously visited page. This is used to deliver the website and to protect it against attacks and abuse.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is the secure, reliable and fast delivery of the website. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Cloudflare.

If you send me an email, I process the information you provide (e.g. your name, email address and the content of your message) in order to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR otherwise. My emails are processed via Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland). I delete your data as soon as it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), as well as the right to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, simply contact [email protected].
